Book: Driving Data Projects

Descripton:

This webinar tackles a critical challenge in data project management: building and maintaining stakeholder trust. Drawing from three decades of technology industry experience, we'll explore five key factors that significantly impact data trust within organizations:

  1. Defining needs clearly
  2. Aligning resources effectively
  3. Managing deadlines pragmatically
  4. Treating data as a strategic asset
  5. Fostering two-way learning between business and data teams

We'll examine these concepts through a real-world example, demonstrating how easily these principles can be overlooked in practice. By understanding these factors and their implementation challenges, you'll gain valuable insights to enhance stakeholder engagement and create a culture of trust around your data initiatives.

Geared To:

  • Leaders of Data Initiatives
  • Data Stewards, Business Stakeholders
  • Program, Project, Product Managers
  • IT, Operations, Finance leads responsible for technology and data decisions/partnerships
