Overview

Buckeye Data Management Association is a dynamic organization within the central Ohio Business Intelligence and Information Management community.   We value our members' privacy, the goal of this document is to ensure members know how their membership information is used and protected.

Collection, use and disclosure of personal information

Buckeye DAMA does not collect or retain any member personal information beyond the minimum required to manage memberships and all personal information is utilized solely to that end. Buckeye DAMA does not share the personal information of its members with any external or 3rd Parties.  You must be 18 or older to provide your personal information.

Giving consent for others

If you belong to an organization that has a corporate membership, you consent to having your information managed by your bundle (group) administrator.  

If a meeting sponsor wished to collect contact information for attendees, it is optional and they must ask for it at the beginning of the meeting and provide you with a means of sharing your information (we will not give them information from our system).

Third-parties applications

We also use Meet-Up for event announcements and when feasible will use this site or Meet-Up for event registration.  We will not synchronize Meet-Up contact information with our system.  

We have a presence on Linked-In for collaboration and event announcement reasons.  We will not copy contact information from Linked-In into our system.
